Messenger of Allah

                In the early 600’s in mecca there lived a man who was, called Mohammed. Mecca was not a pleasant place because of all its idols and merchants and fetid smell . Mohammed often journeyed to the dreary desolate dry dilapidated desert to have peace. There Mohammed   quietly thought in peace. One time when Mohammed was out in the desert a beautiful angel told him traveled here the people did not listen. The merchants were angry because the people would not by their idol. Later Mohammed herd that the people who were angry were tenaciously planning to kill him. Mohamed fled with his friend to a massive cave. Mohammed and his friend where terribly frightened.

                The angry mob came intrepidly searching for them.as the mob came closer one of the men who thought he was astute brazenly said as he pursued them away ‘’they can’t be here because they would have broken this spider web. Mohammed and his friend safely journeyed safely on to medina where they were accepted as the messenger of Allah.

The apostle of England

Long ago the pope who was Gregory quickly walked through the crowded streets of Rome. While he was walking something caught his attention. The slave master was selling three angels! Pope Gregory capably walked up to them and asked the slave master, ‘’How could you commit such a sin and sell these heavenly creatures? ’’So the pope bought all three of the boys. When he brought then home he discovered that they were from England and when he talked even more he found out that they knew not of god and were not angels. Pope Gregory was greatly saddened and felt the need to teach them about Christ.

                Pope Gregory talked to his friend who was named Augustine and asked that he would sail to England and preach to the people who knew nothing about God. Augustine agreed and voyaged to England. The trip was very unpleasant. Augustine happily landed in kent and told the king boldly bravely and brazenly about Christ and the king became a Christian to Augustin’s delight he also him tell the people about Jesus.

                Augustin told the people about god and many of them turned to Christ. Pope Gregory who heard of this sent more monks. On the Christmas of 597 A.D. more than a 1,000 people were baptized. Later Augustin was remembered as the noble apostle of England.

The Two Hero's

Once upon a time in the fifth century there was a very happy and peaceful kingdom. Beowulf was the noble king of Geats. Though he ruled wisely, he was old. On the other side of the kingdom there was a dragon that lived viscously in a cave. He had terrific tremendously tantalizing treasure. Once a slave who had run away came to this cave and was stunned by all the riches

As the slave fled he grabbed a shiny goblet and ran sneakily. The dragon felt the loss of the treasure and left the cave breathing fire all over the villages. Beowulf new this could not continue so he gathered all his soldiers and marched to the cave. Beowulf fought bravely while the other soldiers left except one soldiers who was very young. Beowulf and the solder continued to fight capably.

             During the fight Beowulf’s sored broke and the dragon caught him by the neck. The soldier who was young climbed up the huge beast and stabbed it and the dragon dropped Beowulf. Beowulf and the solder nobly fought until the dragon died. Sadly Beowulf died soon after because of his wounds but he was remembered as a great hero.

Justinian’s glorious rule

The Western Roman Empire became dilapidated until Barbarians finally invaded but on the other hand the Eastern Roman Empire stood intrepidly. The Eastern Roman Empire later became the Byzantine Empire. When the first capable Emperor who was Justinian came to power the laws where different in each part of the Empire. Justinian then made a set of laws that were used all over his Empire. Justinian starts with just so you can always remember that he was the man that made just laws.

            Justinian was famous not only for making just laws but for other things also. Justinian gloriously rebuilt the dilapidated capitol city Constantinople. He also built the most beautiful church in the world the Hagia Sophia. It had a massive magnificent marble dome which overlooks many other smaller domes. Inside it is decorated with mosaics and gold. Today the Hagia Sophia is a museum that awes visitors. Justinian recaptured land from Barbarians under Justinian the Byzantine Empire was strong large and glorious.
