Anglo Saxons Invade Europe

The Roman Empire was dilapidated when Anglo-Saxons invaded Britain. They came from Europe across the North Sea. The Anglo-Saxons ferociously and intrepidly divided Britain into seven parts each with its own king. The south part of the land was called Ange-land which is now England. At first the Anglo-Saxons faithfully worshiped many gods. Four days in the week where named after some of them. In 598 A.D. a monk called Augustine converted the people to Christians. Anglo-Saxons ruled England until 1066 A.D.
