Vikings
The Vikings lived in Scandinavia from 700-100 A.D. the Vikings
were feared in all of Europe. They journeyed intrepidly around killing and looting. They also ferociously
killed women as well as children and men. The church who was afraid of the Vikings,
had a special prayer for protection against then. The Vikings, who desired land,
sailed on hundreds on ships to conquer land. Because he was so scared king Charles
the simple hastily proclaimed that refused to fight
and gave them a piece of land everywhere they went the Vikings struck fear like
a bolt of lightning into people
